Refund policy

Return the new/unused item in the original box and/or packaging prepaid within 30 days of invoice, with a copy of the invoice for a refund/exchange/credit. After 20 days, new/unused items can be returned only for store credit & a 15 percent restocking fee.

All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice receipt.

Send the package back pre-paid (UPS or US Postal Service Insured) to:

We do not refund any shipping charges.  NO COD or freight-collect shipments will be accepted.
